Does anybody have the email address for the new contact person there (it use to be Heather Brauer)< the new girls name is Nicole...she was suppose to email me the names of the people staying at the hotel, I called her 2x's to ask, and nothing yet! I am getting annoyed...can anyone help???

Mine was Connie too.
If the person you are dealing with doesn't get back to you, call the main number and ask for the sales department and someone there should be able to help you.
