I actually did this!

I got this in an email & I did it the other day.

GOOD IDEAS:

When you get ads in your phone or utility bill, include
them with the payment let the companies throw them away. Send them back with your payment.

When you get those pre approved letters in the mail
for everything from credit cards to second mortgages
and junk like that, most of them come with postage
paid return envelopes, right?
Well, why not get rid of some of your other junk mail
and put it in these cool little envelopes!
Send an ad for your local chimney cleaner to
American Express. Send the pizza coupon to Citibank.
If you didn't get anything else that day then just
send them their application back! If you want to
remain anonymous, just make sure your name isn't on
anything you send them.
You can send it back empty if you want to just to
keep them guessing!

Eventually, the banks and credit card companies will
begin getting their junk back in the mail. Let's let them
know what it's like to get junk mail, and the best of it
is that they're paying for it! Twice!

THAT IS SO FUNNY!!!! I am definatly going to have to do this...

One day I got one of those telemarketers and they asked me how I was doing, and I started sounding like my 80 year old grandmother. I said 'well I am so glad you asked, because lately my arthritus started acting up and when i start to tell people about this burning itching feeling I am getting no one wants to talk to me, but lone and behold a stranger calls me and asks how i am doing' yea that telemarketer hung up really fast.

I am definitely sending back the junk the credit card companies put in their bills!! I think that's hysterical!!!

Ha! That's funny but I would be sure to not include anything with my name or any form of an account number if I was to do this.

Didn't something like this happen recently to a man who was mailing LIPA their ads with his bill for quite a while. He was annoyed b/c LIPA doesn't need to advertise, where is the competition? I don't recall the story exactly, but there was either a conversation with a representative or a message with one of the ads that a LIPA employee felt was harassment or a threat. They were trying to arrest him for this, but got him on a, like, 30 year old dog walking charge. Eventually I think the charges got dropped.
