I almost just had a mini heart attack

I looked down and I didn't have my e-ring
Apparently I took it off while I was on the phone for some reason and put it away - not sure why I would do that but its kinda scary I had no recollecion of doing it lol

ahhhh i do that all the time when i am at home...i dont remember taking it off and then freak out for a minute

I only take my ering off and put it in my box.
I had a HUGE panic attack...like practically about to hyperventilate and breakdown while we were in florida. i took it off to put on lotion.......and didnt realize i took it off.

i almost died.
but then i found it and didnt die.

ETA: My ring is very big on me so i thought it feel off somewhere
