it's for indie businesses
the business sends in samples of their goods, and then these guys package them up and send them out - monthly.
you pay a fee for one month - or three months. up to you
each month the do at least 14 samples (i think thats the number) and mail it out to you
you never know what you are going to get, each one is different.
