whoever answers this phone at Commerce Bank.......
CLEARLY their computer error got to my account also........
I have over 5k in my checking - telll me WHY it says $ -395 and I was charged Overdraft fee of 250??? OVERDRAFT WHAT!?!?!?!??! I made 2 purchases over the weekend....BBB for secret bride and CVS - no where NEAR $5,000....
AND ONTOP OF IT, I called 8x and the number was not in service...NOW i get through, 'we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes....'
YEAH A-HOLES, BECAUSE YOU SUK....
god help whoever answers, I have been on hold 18 minutes now.

wowwww....they are not being a good bank lately. ive had them forever and they have been having so many problems! (thankfully not with my account but its still scary)

i was having that issue with Coach & American Express on Monday. i tried to buy something on my Amex card for $130 & Coach charged my card 8 times. that means i got charged over $1,000, which means that Amex calls our apartment & tells FH that i just purchased $1,000 worth of merchandise from Coach. ugh

THEY FKN PICKED UP AND HUNG UP!?!??! I am changing banks - I never changed bc I was too lazy...I have my main savings at citi and me and FH jt at chase.....I had everything linked for bill pay through commerce but not i don't care, I have to change.....

OMG can I call them and yell at them. I love fighting w/these a-holes on the phone (its actually sometimes part of my job - so I am a professional LOL) listen they will revoke the $250, its obviously a mistake. dont worry. but do totally yell at them and plz humiliate whoever gonna answer the phone finally

Yeah I heard about this too. Their systems are all screwed up now and sooo many people are getting all these terrible fees posted to their accounts. You can't even get an accurate balance from the ATMs. You have to go to a teller.
