whoever answers this phone at Commerce Bank.......

CLEARLY their computer error got to my account also........

I have over 5k in my checking - telll me WHY it says $ -395 and I was charged Overdraft fee of 250??? OVERDRAFT WHAT!?!?!?!??! I made 2 purchases over the weekend....BBB for secret bride and CVS - no where NEAR $5,000....

AND ONTOP OF IT, I called 8x and the number was not in service...NOW i get through, 'we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes....'

YEAH A-HOLES, BECAUSE YOU SUK....

god help whoever answers, I have been on hold 18 minutes now.

umm yeah.. this happened to FH a while ago... He had about 7Gs and then he looked and it said Negative -10 Gs. and on top of that charged him overdraft fees... It was a disaster!!! we had to come in and sign paperwork when in reality it was their fault!!!!! and to top it all off it was the night before NEw Years Eve and they froze hi accounts for a few days..WE WERE BROKE!!!!

SWITCH BANKS...lately they havent been to reliable...
