I am disgusted!!!!

Sorry but I need to vent.

Guys (GM) can't go for tuxes on time

STILL have not gotten all my responses? HELLO??? Can you say drop it in the mail? I already stamped the **** thing

What is going on with people? They think they have time. I get married in 31 days

Ugh the tux place told me they really have to come by the 17th (1 month before) which is Thursday!

Do people think they will just walk in my wedding? NO they didnt mail the response so if they come let them sit on the floor

Jenn - I am so sorry. I have 11 days and still waiting for some RSVP's and just found someone we didn't invite 'just booked their plane tickets for the wedding'. What is wrong with people!!

Ugh, Jenn i know we spoke about this before...Men are such procastinators (sp?) Tell FH to get his butt in there!!!

As for the guests, the same thing happened with my eparty. We even had someone show up who hadn't RSVPd Some people are just clueless.

Please try to relax and enjoy the last fews weeks of your engagement.

Jen I feel the same way as you. My RSVP date passed and I'm still waiting for responses. It's not like they need to go to the Post Office to get a freakin stamp. Then I have those people who just call my FMIL and tell her that they are going. UUMMM HELLO send back the response card. I'm not marking anyone off my list that until I get their response card back.

Aw, sorry Jenn! You sound so stressed! I hear you about the RSVPs!! I only have maybe one-third of mine, and I only have 46 days til the wedding! I don't get people sometimes.....

Deep breaths...deep breaths. I know it s u c k s, but with your back still hurting you have to try to take it easy. I know exactly how you feel about the responses. I'm not in as bad of a spot as you, but with one week left to respond I still have 68 outstanding. I don't understand why everyone needs to wait this long.

What is the problem with sending a response card? I figured OK people put them with stuff to be mailed at month end, but that'a not what it is

and on top of that - my Irish relatives think they have until the 19 th (my response date) to make a decision - what plannet are they on - they need hotels and flights if they're coming

Whats really surprising too is that recently married couples are not responding. I got 2 verbal responses at a dinner on Friday - 'we're coming, but we lost the invitation'

it is frustrating, but try to stay calm, It really will all work out. You may just have to make calls.

Vent, it's good for you right now! I can't even imagine how stressful it must be being down to your last month and to have things 'unsettled'. A good friend of mine just got married a couple of weeks ago and was feeling the same way you are right now. Just keep venting to those who are there for you (like LIW! =) ). First off I can't believe your wedding is in 30 days... Time is flying away...
People are jerks. I know how frustrated you are. I wanted to choke all the idiots that responded they were coming to my eparty and later renigged b/c its Good Friday. DUMB A$$ did you look at your calendar or your agenda or your palm pilot or whatever it is you keep your to do's on to see what day that was? People are so clueless its unreal. I see all these nit wits in an entirely different light now.

Have you called some of these people? It turns out a close friend of my family's never got the invite. I sent it 2x! Of course my mom attempts for the third time and they get it then Makes me look bad but I know I sent it on both occasions. Same situation may have happened to you.

What tux store are you working with? I was able to book a place for tuxes but have the guys choose the tuxes later on of course last year. My wedding isn't till 2004! I never did thought b/c its at the bottom of my list. Is there anyone else you can work with just to get this to do out of the way?
