FH just opened one of his playstation games I got him for Christmas. Inside the case is a bootleg disc that does not work and there is no book. I was completely ripped off. I am so mad. I bought the game at Best Buy and they are so lucky they are closed already. I will be there first thing tomorrow. I can not beleive they sold me fake stuff. Are they for real?? They had best compensate us for this. I feel so taken advantage of. I am fuming mad right now!!

Maybe someone scammed them and returned it for the money. I can't see a store like Best Buy pulling a scam like that. I', sure they will give you a new game

Westbury. I thought of that, that someone may have returned it, but it was fully wrapped with the best buy sticker on the outside, so either an employee did it, or someone did return it and they never checked it to make sure everything was in it. I am going to go back tomorrow and tell them I want a new one and I want it at the sale price it is this week. I am just so mad because I feel so taken advantage of.

It might not be Best Buy. FI bought a Playstation game at Target, fully closed and the disk was missing altogether when he opened it. They checked 2 others and it was missing also.

that would tick me off too. But you will get it all straightened out tomorrow. I would be mad at the fact that if someone returned it, that Best Buy didnt look inside

Holy cow!!! That's horrible. I'd be ticked off too.
And Best Buy normally has a great reputation as far as I know.
I am sure they will compensate you fully or exhange it for a REAL game.

Well someone can easily open those packets and reseal them. Best Buy will accept it as a return even without their stickers if you say it was a gift. Im really good at removing those stickers off plastic (it takes a lot of patience). Best buy would then put on a new sticker and re-sell. They should replace it for you.
I suggest you ask them to open it for you though just to be safe.
