I am going to KILL UPS!!! First of all, some background - they delivered my engagement ring (our jeweler is in Florida) and LEFT it sitting on the steps - did not get a signature!!! So now - some of you may remember that I was very excited because I found chiffon bows online for my invitations that were half the price of what Birchcraft wanted. So the lazy a$$ UPS guy delivers them at 5 pm last night - doesn't knock or ring bell - even though there are cars in front of the house - and you guessed it, when FH's parents open front door this morning - there they are - and SOAKED!!! FH called UPS and is waiting for a supervisor to call him back - I am LIVID!!!

OK - so the supervisor just called FH back. They say that I have to call the paper company tomorrow and file a damaged call and all this back and forth stuff that it sounds like they won't replace the shipment until UPS reimburses them! Hello?? Isn't UPS the one who screwed up here??? I can so see me getting caught in the middle here!

You know what - my sis is going to visit my mom in Florida next week. If the give me problems about replacing it - I will just dispute it with cc company - and have my mom order them to her house in FL - sis can bring them home!

I'm so sorry to hear that. I've had so many problems with UPS that I absolutely refuse to use them anymore. Make sure to keep on them, they should definitely reimburse you.

They do S*CK, how about this one:
I'm home sick and see the brown truck pull up I don't feel like answering the door so I just decide that when the guy walks up I will just ignore the bell..... well, the guy does not ring the bell, or knock... he tries to open the door. That's right, just turns the knob, it's a good thing the door was locked.
Needless to say, I filed a lengthy complaint about that guy.

im so sorry!
i recently got ups packages delivered and one thing was broken, they told me to send it back for a refund, but in the mean time to reorder it so i would get the new one soonm maybe you could do something like that?

How about this for a UPS story...
Had flowers deliever to my mother and FMIL from the same place ordered on the same day to two different twons 20min away from each other for Christmas. My mother of course gets her flowers at 10am on Christmas Eve. Of course I tracked them on line wondering why FMIL never called to thank me for them turns out My FMIL never gets them. Me like an idiot calls the Flower company at 2am on Christmas day Screaming that I am going to look like bad sending my mother flowers and not his.
Only to find out that the UPS delievry guy that had her route fell behind on his deliveries that day and returned his truck still fully loaded to the yard at 5pm. The flowers sat on the truck until NEW YEARS EVE when she received them Frozen of course.
