I am going to KILL UPS!!! First of all, some background - they delivered my engagement ring (our jeweler is in Florida) and LEFT it sitting on the steps - did not get a signature!!!
So now - some of you may remember that I was very excited because I found chiffon bows online for my invitations that were half the price of what Birchcraft wanted. So the lazy a$$ UPS guy delivers them at 5 pm last night - doesn't knock or ring bell - even though there are cars in front of the house - and you guessed it, when FH's parents open front door this morning - there they are - and SOAKED!!! FH called UPS and is waiting for a supervisor to call him back - I am LIVID!!!

I had my own UPS incident as well..........they are dreadful to deal with.

HORRIBLE PRACTICES, I would be livid as well, thank god nobody took your ring. I can't believe they would do such a thing! You should have them pay for new ones!

I hate UPS, I have had many problems with them as well!!

OK - good news!! I just spoke to manager at the paper company - he was very nice, very apologetic, and is sending the replacements out today!! I requested that he use a different carrier than UPS, but they can't - so he is making a request to have them send in a sturdy box instead of the cardboard envelope they came in this time! I still HATE UPS but at least the paper company stepped up to the plate!!
