I am FURIOUS that people are cancelling last minute!!!

Cindy that suucks but unfortunately it's par for the course. We had a few cancellations that week, plus 2 the night before and 2 the morning of (she fell down the stairs and broke her leg so she's forgiven ) But I did and re-did my seating chart a gazillion times the week of and was still adjusting it the day of when we got there because of the 4 ultimate last minute cancellations.

So did I. Don't worry like the OP said you have most of the work done moving a few people is minor. At least they called.

sometimes I feel like brides are so worried about etiquette and then we have people like this who respond yes on an rsvp card and think its fine to just cancel it. What is the point of RSVPs if people dont take them seriously anyway. Sorry youre dealing with this crap but just remember your day is almost here and you wont even be thinking about these people.

it is inevitable, so just focus on the positive right now. I know now everything is just driving you nuts but just think that your day is almost here and you wont deal with all this bs anymore.

the same thing happened to me we had 6 drop outs a few days before the wedding. then when we finalized everything we had a few more cancel and say they couldnt make it - we had a total of 12 no shows!!! all of them told us within 4 days before the wedding.

There's nothing you can do - dont stress it. All of them sent gifts afterwards excpet for 1. I was so stressed about it that I cried - lol. When it comes down to it - your day is going to be so wonderful
