1. I have been asking her for 6 MONTHS to send me the damn guest list......she has it saved from her daughters wedding, all she has to do is stick itin the mail! UGH
2. I am trying to find the best deals for hotels for the OOT guests and i have onyl gotten one response so far that is 169 a night....she has FREAKED on the FH about how it too expenseive and how she cant aford it.
This list could go on and on but im so fed up with her. All i do is fight with FH about her. How can an adult not find a way to make this work
I mean, i understand it being a money issue and whatever, my mom works 4 jobs to get by and to pay for this wedding....is it that big of a deal to get another job if you are having that big of a problem paying for things? or to put away 5 bucks a week for the damn wedding.......im so hurt by this its not even funny.

We were able to get $139/night for OOT hotel which includes a shuttle and free continental breakfast. $169 seems kind of high. If FMIL is even contributing anything be grateful... many dont...

I hear ya...I've been asking FFIL for the guest list since March....still no list and our invites were Supposed to go out this week!!!

Jon has said that if its not here by the time we go to NY in 10 days he is just going to tell her that her side of the fam it not invited.....i feel bad but i deadlines we have to meet :(

I feel your pain!!!! My FMIL...i asked all parents for a list and she finally gave hers to us yesterday and i flipped because she wants to invite her cousins, cousins, cousins daughter!! and i crossed it right off and said aint happening....we got into a tiff and i still have to work on the neighbor thing...i mean i cant invite anyone from work thats how many people we're having and shes inviting neighbors!!! And when FH asked whos wedding this is ...shes said ours...and he goes no, its mine and hers not yours.... OYE!! So yeah ,......i feel your pain!!! Im happy im not the only one whos having trouble

she should e-mail the list to you, so much easier than snail mail! Which RH are you using? My hotel gave a rate of $135/night and it's a beautiful hotel
