I am going to QUIT!

Smoking that is! My throat hurts every time I have one, and they are starting to taste disgusting. Lets see how I do over the weekend. I only had 1 today (this morning). And my throat still hurts! YUCK! Wish me luck! I will keep you updated!

Good for you! That's how I quit. I quit about 7 years ago, although after a few drinks I fall back, but then realize WHY I quit after the first puff.
