i am in the middle of making these darn things! they are taking forever and the double sided tape kinda shows through the paper...does anyone else's tape show through???

Not doing this Chris (haven't even tackled my place cards, which I plan on attachig to vellum bags filled with truffles ) but just wanted to send you lots of these!

I know! I just finished printing 102 menus, the photo frame directions and am about to tackle the place cards/vellum bags with truffles. Damn I wish we could afford to pay for someone to do this...our guests better love the sh!t we make!

I did this yesterday and finally finished them!
I overlapped the back and used hot glue. everything else I tried (double-sided tape, vellum tape, spray glue) didn't work nicely. This isn't great either, but once they are light, it's not '*too* bad. I don't know what else to do.
If I had to do it over, I'd do something else.

scratch the hot glue. apparently when the glass gets hot, the glue no longer sticks. I now have 65 useless votive placecards.

the tape isn't too bad---i've stuck with it (no pun intended) and it just shows through a little.
