I am having a really bad day

First, I have major cramps. They stink. I am majorly PMSing.

Second, John is still not doing well. He can barely walk and is in so much pain. He is not one to complain and he stayed home from work again today. he tried to work yesterday and could only manage to stay for a few hours. I am so worried about him. He is supposed to call the doctor when he wakes up. Then he said to me last night, 'I'll just take the train into Manhattan.' ARE YOU EFFIN KIDDING ME? He can barely stand. I assured him that I would leave work and drive him.

Sorry for venting. I just feel so bad today and don't know what else to do. I feel like I am on the verge of tears.

Thanks, ladies. I am sitting at my desk fighting back tears. John called the doctor, left a message. He is in so much pain... I hate being helpless. I suggested we go to the ER but he doesn't want to. I am just so scared that something is really wrong (like the cancer came back - ok, now I am crying at my desk. Thank god I have my own office).

oh I am so sorry....

One Day at a time sweetie. Maybe I'm wrong, but didn't he JUST have surgery? Why is he in such a rush to get back to work?

Pain is a major thing and should not be pushed aside. I hope he feels better soon.

Oh Hollie, I came here really late today but I just wanted to give you some hugs and tell you I hope he feels better soon. It seems too quick for him to be back at work. Surgery is hard on the body, maybe he just needs time to get back to the status quo. I hope that's all it is and he's back on his feet quickly!
