I am in a despicable mood!!!

I literally HATE every person I have come into contact with today.

Day 1 of no smoking....only 5 more hours to go

You can so do it. Cold Turkey is the best way to get through this.... It's been 7 months since I quit. Tomorrow you can say that you didn't smoke for one day and then the following day 2 days... and on ... and on.

you can do it! it sux but it will get better. FH is on day 3 of chantix today, and i'm almost finished with the book (easyway to stop smoking) which help me quit before (i started again out of spite after a fight with fh lol)
