I am in the midst of a new relationship. I am dedicated to it like never before. I'm amazed at what I am willing to do for it

my new love's name is Gym.

I have been seeing him consistently for the past 2 months. so far, I haven't tired of him yet, and I am thinking of new and exciting ways to use him.

so far I have faced and surmounted obstacles that at other moments in my life, have caused me to turn and run home to my couch and bon bons.

I've run commando (when forgetting my non-thong drawers at home. I do not run in a thong..not with this azz )

I have ellipticized it in my regular bra when I forget my jog bra

I have braved the wind and cold..just to be there and have him light my fire.

I am going at lunch today, so I can go to the wake tonight. I am so happy. it hurts so good.

i havent been b4 my wedding. i am disgusting-i am goin back next month to get the bod in shape for may wedding in bahamas

how often do u go? i never have time to go..i go home, make dinner , eat n then its 8:00.

I think it has something to do with endorphins or whatnot. Whatever it is, bravo.

As a lazy-@ss, I too was surprised at my dedication to exercising, but before the wedding. I figured it was because I had my goal. Feeling sore the next day was such a great reminder of the good I was doing myself.

And it really is true, that you notice other things change. My back hurt less, I slept less but I slept better, even my digestion was great.

I start tonight with my exercise video again. Salsa dance exercise video. It's pretty fun. We shall see if I have the stamina to do it again.

I try to do my Windsor Pilates tape every night but all I want to do when I go home is veg on the couch.

so, I am back from the gym.

I am twisted. truly, I am. I made myself into a science experiment. I am trying to see if I can change the way my body stores fat and all that good stuff.

I know I talked a lot about how I wanted to gain a few pounds, and I did. but I was terrified about what that extra 'coat' was going to look like 'on'

so, I started working out my lower half like a crazy woman, leaving my top half alone (very limited arms & abs)

I have been doing this and seeing results that are semi pleasing....which makes me think I am on to something

and the little scientist in me that likes to prove/disprove this is so I continue.

I've almost reached some kind of eqilibrium...almost at my own personal best. or 'how' I like myself most...it's the best incentive in the world.

and I'd totally do ALL of you hows, so you have to be hottt regardless.

yeah, this does nothing for me.

and I need to actually get to the gym to see results to get the incentive.

what do you got in terms of getting me in the door of the place on a some what consistent basis?
