I am interested in opening up a business and was wondering (M)
where to obtain information about organizations that support women runned businesses? I know that I have seen these advertised on television before, but of course, it was not of interest to me then. I know that I would need a business plan. Can anyone be of any help? Thanks so much ladies! You girls are awesome!

Definitely check out the Samll Business Administraiotn web site, there is a wealth of information, links and resources on there http://www.sbaonline.sba.gov/ also, here on Long Island at Stony Brook University there is a Small Business Development Center, they may be able to help. I was considering starting my own business as well so fairly recently did some research into this. FYI--you can also find some great sites on how to create a business plan (even templates and what to include) Good luck!!
