there is a girl who I work with- she is another assistant- and she has a side job as a reporter. So She takes off like 1 day a week and leaves early like 2 or 3 days a week. And when she works a 'full day' she doesnt get here till 10, and takes a 1.5 hour lunch. And she makes more than me! I want to do that! LOL and when she is hear, she puts on headphones and watches tv on the internet. And during all this me and another person have to do the work for the people she works for- not that its a lot- but she gets paid more than me. LOL.

And Im not mad- she is a nice girl- but it is kind of annoying! I remember I was a temp here 2 years ago and she did the same thing and hasn't gotten fired yet!! I guess her bankers dont care so HR doesnt even know.

I hate that!!! Its so unfair, people get to take advantage and good employees pick up the slack b/c managers dont care to do something about b/c the work is getting done.

I basically ahve the same jb as her, but NO ONE else does that! The company is very good about allowing employees to pursue outside interests. But I think she takes advantage...
