I just want to thank everyone who has helped me threw this planning process but I am leaving LIW because me and my FH are breaking up. We been fighting a lot and both been unhappy for a while now. Maybe in time we can work it out but for now its over. I will probably log back on soon as I am feeling better to ask for help what I should do about canceling things. Its just to hard to do that right now. I have been with him for 8 years and he is my life and my whole life is going to change right now. Just please keep my in your prayers. Thanks again ladies and good luck on all of you upcomming weddings.

Whether you come to a reconciliation or both move your separate ways, this hard time will pass. When it does either your relationship, or each of you individually, will be stronger for it.

I wish you lots of luck, and hope he will change his mind about the counseling. Talking to someone helps ALOT!! My girlfriend saved her relationship with pre-marital counseling. Keep your chin up. We're all here if you need us.

I am soooo sorry and I wish you the best. FH and I went through this 2 yrs ago before we were engaged and we realized after that we couldnt do that I hope it is the same for you!!

Thanks everyone for sending all the FM and just responding to this post. I wrote him a very long letter and i am going to give it to him tonight. I hope he will really think about this long and hard cause 8 years is so long just to throw it all away. Hopefully everything will work out even if it takes a while that is fine. I am so sorry that you are going thru this right now! I too am a firm believer in the prase 'everything happens for a reason' and know from experience that 'this too shall pass'. Counseling is a really great idea for both of you if he agrees to it, however, don't force him. You don't want to marry someone whose heart isn't in it 100%. It just won't work out that way for either one of your happiness! I wish you all the best and will keep you in my prayers!
