I am LIVID at my Florist...
I am using one of the popular LIW florists & I cannot believe how incredibly rude they have been! The last couple of times I have called to make final arrangements they have been a little short with me on the phone & they have been totally unhelpful. I thought maybe I was just speaking to the wrong people because they were so nice & helpful when I first met with them & booked. After today, I think that maybe once they have your contracts signed they don't care how they treat you! I went in to make my final payment, and I was in awe of how the woman I met with spoke to me. She kept implying that all of my problems with their service are MY FAULT and she even went as far to say that 'Maybe you should've used a different florist.' I WAS LIVID. I cannot believe how I was spoken to. I do not need this stress 3 days before my wedding.
