I absolutely love dealing with Natalie from Capriccio Ensemble. She is the sweetest person and I actually got to see her play live with a harpist at a Bloomingdales wedding event in NYC. She's so talented! FM if you want info on pricing or contact her at 212-923-4807. She will send you CD's of their music so you can hear the different instrument combinations.
I am using one that seems great. - its a family owned business. My photographer told me about them and sarah radio is using them as well. FM me for info!

I'm using Classical Chamberlin Ensemble for my ceremony and cocktail hour--they're a trio, but still amazing.

We used juilliard but never dealt wtih any emailing. Just a phone call and a phone call to the head musician in the quartet. I didn't realize they had email, maybe that's why you are not getting any messages back. Try giving them a call.
