to take a fun exercise class, like 3 times a week after work. Does any body know of anywhere in the Rocky point to Lake Grove area that offers such a thing...ie. karate, kickboxing, spin class, pilates, etc. I am pretty much open to all suggestions.

I go to Fitness Plus, and they have all those classes. Non-memebers can take these classes too.

what abotu calling stonybrook and seeing if they have gym classes offered?? ir even if they have a continuing ed dept someitmes its cheaper....
