I usually pop 4 Advil at a time to blast it out...but I left them at home.....

I also think it's a lack of water intake...I've been bad lately!

I'm trying to stay relaxed so it doesn't turn into a full blown migraine....Ugh...

This time of year I get horrible sinus headaches that last for days... I feel for you.

I get migraines also. I use Excedrin Migraine. If I take it when I first feel a headache coming on it usually prevents a full blown migraine. Feel Better!!!
