I am pissed!!!!!!!!!

I just got an e-mail from some company saying that I signed up for some kind of business service(hello I'm on maternity leave!!) and they are charging my credit card $9.95 a month for this service!! I have now been on hold waiting for the 'next avalible service representive' forever! OHHHH I'm sooo mad!!! Someone better pick up the phone soon!!!!

I meant don't give it to them over the phone, like if they ask to 'confirm' the number.

Call your credit card company and find out if that charge is on there and then tell them you never authorized it. I would tell them you never even heard of that company. You will be able to dispute the charge and may need to change your credit card number because you don't know how this company got it.

I finally got someone on the phone and they cancelled it. They said that when I ordered something from a website(which I did) that I must have clicked on their offer. I told them I don't think I did. He said no problem and took it off. I have his name and a reference # too

I would still call the CC card so they can dispute it. Obviously if they charged tyour card for something you clicked on than they could just be BS-ing you. Give the CC company the info you have from the guy and his refrence # too.
