I am really concerned about my priest...

he is SOOOO forgetful!! I am so nervous that he may not be at the church the day of my wedding! I have called him numerous times and he doesn't remember speaking to me!
Here is my story...

FH and I initially went for our entrance interview with Fr. Fitzpatrick early last year. Fr. Fitz... doesn't do bi-lingual wedding ceremonies Fr. Sullivan does. So Fr. Fitz said he would pass on the info to Fr. Sullivan. It took me like 7 phone calls to finally get a hold of him. So I meet w/ Fr. Sullivan last Friday to discuss the arrangements with him without FH. And when I got to the church, he didn't remember scheduling an appt with me! But everything was squared away. He couldn't find my paperwork but he said he will let me know if anything comes up. He calls me on Monday and says: did Deacon Romero (who I now WANT to help with the wedding) get back to you?
HELLO Fr. Sullivan I spoke to you on FRIDAY!!!! DON'T YOU REMEMBER?!?!?! I felt like saying to him!

Then he proceeds to tell me that somehow our paperwork is gone! Buh bye! OK so we schedule to meet this evening with FH and start ALL over again. I call to confirm and he doesn't remember!!!!
OH BOY... I am going to leave a message with Deacon Romero to help me with the ceremony. I can't trust my priest! Now what if my Deacon is working and can't make my wedding? What do I do then?? Should I switch my church?
I did my confirmation at this church but I did my communion at a church near by. I could always go there. I just love my church.....

Aw MAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Def. talk to the Deacon. If he can't be there the day of at least he could keep on top of it.
I hate to say it but my friend got married and her Priest was also forgetful, he made them repeat their vows like 4 times. Finally someone had to stop him
I felt so bad for my friend

So just make sure he is capable.

When I saw him on Friday he told me the same story 3 times!
But during mass, he know what he is doing. He doesn't forget anything and is like a busy little bee at the altar. I left a message for the Deacon. I will talk to him when I go to mass on Sunday.
