i am really pissed....

Seriously pissed at where i had my wedding. There were a few things that i was promised that did not happen. When i called and spoke to someone they were so apologetic..and promised that the manager would call me. He never has and I have put many calls in to them.

This has been going on for two months now....

Hello??? I gave you $$$$$$$$$$$ and you can't address my complaint? I have been very nice towards them and have not done my review yet...but this is getting to me very disappointing!!!

I never complain...but i had to vent.!!!

Once they have your money, they typically dont care. I wrote an extensive email to one vendor with no reason other than to be informative and I did not get any response.

thanks girls...it is just ANNOYING to confirm promised things..and to have them never happen. Certain...'if you book us you will get...' and 'Don't worry that will be done...' and it never was.....
