I am second guessing my headpiece- Need some advise

I am totally second guessing my head piece. I don't think that I like it anymore. I don't know what is wrong with me. I have been thinking this for a while, but I thought that I would change my mind. I think that it is too big, and I think that I don't want to wear one at all.

I went to my second and final fitting yesterday. I absolutely love my dress and my veil. My veil is lace edged with pearls sew on, chapel lenght, BEAUTIFUL. I could not be happier.

I don't have any pictures from yesterday, but maybe with these pictures you can help me.

The first 2 pictures are me with the sample dress and veil. (My veil=shorter, chapel lenght)

The last 2 pictures are my actual dress and the head piece.

Sorry, confused. You are going to veil for ceremony then change to headpiece for reception?

I know it's confusing. I have so much to say and it's hard to be brief.

Yes. I want to wear my veil all night long.

It will be shorter. But it's so beautiful. My sister got misty eyed when she saw me in it.

the dress and veil are amazing-- you look incredible..

Are you wearing a headpiece in the sample dress pic?? It's hard to tell-

What don't you like about the headpiece? I love it on you- but, how does it look with the veil? What exactly is bothering you?

I feel like it is too big and pointy.

The have to put the comb into the veil for me. When I first got there the saleswoman I have been working with put it over my head and then held it in place so I could see. I felt so simple and elegant.

I felt like it was too much when I put the head piece on and the seemstress was measuring it to sew the comb on.

I am going to see if I can find a better picture from my first try on.

I think it looks gorgeous...I'm confused

So you will do headpiece and veil. I actually LOVE the look of the veil alone -- so elegant. You look like a portrait of what a bride should look like.

I was going to wear it with the veil all night. It's just that now, I don't know if I want to wear it at all.

I think that's I'm starting to loose it with the wedding getting so close.

I agree. I think the veil looks wonderful alone!

I love just the veil--you look regal and elegant.

I think the headpice is very pretty, and not too big at all. It will look beatufiul with the veil. A friend of mine just got married, and she had the same veil as you, she wore a big tiara and it looked beautiful!!!! I think you should definatley wear both.

Also, if the veil gets to be too much at the reception, you can always opt to take it off, and than, you'll just stay in the tiara.

It is very pretty, I do not think you should stress over it.

This is how I am actually wearing my veil. As you see from the earlier pictures, the lace will be much thinner. But this is the general idea.

ok-- so the choices are:

1- HP and Veil as is.

2- Veil with no HP

3- Veil with thinner, more deluicate HP

How much of an investment did you make in the first one? Why don't you try on thinner hp's for piece of mind-- that is what I would do-- but, whatever you decide- it will be beautiul.. I see what you mean about the veil being simple- I like that look too. Try on some other things- so whatever decision you make- you feel confident.

The sample veil had an ugly decorated comb on it.

Oh, that is really pretty too. OK, you win, you will be completely magnificent in a burqa but in any of these choices gorgeous!

Do you have a pic of the veil & headpiece together. The veil alone looks beautiful but we haven't seen them together to choose.
