I am sick to my stomach: Updated

At my job I'm a producer of events. (It's really not all that fun.) Anyway, as a producer I get rewarded when it does well with profit share. When an event is cancelled (even when upper management was told it should never have happened in the first place) we get penalized and are basically in a hole with a profit share. I finally dug myself out of the hole and find out an event was missing from my statements so now I am back in the hole. This was money we were looking to use to pay off the rest of our vendors, my tuition for the fall and other things. I am sick to my stomach now. I work my @ss off for nothing. I really hate this place.

Update: I am officially back in the hole and won't come out of it until the end of the year. This just won't cut it anymore. It felt like things were going to get better, but they just aren't. I told FH it's not worth me staying here anymore if there is nothing to look forward to this year (we could have used the extra money this year!) so I'm going to start looking for a new job. This suckss.

Maybe you should leave there and check out working as a meeting planner for another company ?? I know there is another bride to be who does that on this board -

I'm so sorry ..i kind of know how you feel..back in march..fh was expecting a huge comission check (he works with loans, and re-fi's) he gets in addition to his salary..well the company was getting sued from employees because they felt they were working and not getting paid for overtime..my fh is a branch manager..and all of the managers got docked their comission checks as punishment (even though some had employees that were getting paid for all of the hours they worked)..we we're going to put this towards our honeymoon..but he got screwed..and they docked his check..now we may have to take out a loan to pay back the wedding and this was his highest comission check this year

That's me! We are hiring if you are interested. It isn't fabalous. We work crazy hours and aren't rewarded for it -- but it will get you out of there.
