How do you make a monogram??

I use powerpoint. I tried using adobe illustrator but the quality wasn't as good. A little trick I learned from another LIW bride is to make the monogram in powerpoint, then print it and scan it to get a better quality jpg image sio thats what I do. Good thing I have a good printer and scanner.
