I was hoping to find someone to custom make my dress. I tried to get the contact info for Pinina.... her work looked beautiful and she seemed very reasonable. Long story short, seems she is no longer in the country!!
All the seamstresses that I have spoke to are way too expensive.....I guess its back to square one.

I have a seamstress that does great work and makes dresses, but she's in the Bronx - not that far from where Pinina was in Wash. Heights.

Did you try Solotu? they are in St. james and she does amazing work.

My aunt is a seamstress...She's doing my flowergirl dress, and my departure dress. I don't know when your wedding is but she'll be leaving the country this month, and will return in June. If you would like info, FM me.

a lot of 06-ers had their dresses made. itslaurie. and kimbermiller. Maybe they can offer some recommendations.
