my personal trainer from last year that i used for my friends wedding just called me to tell me she will be able to train me, now I am soooo excited...i thought she wasnt training anymore.....i am sooo excited!

i am so determined to get a 6 pack and i dont mean of beer!!!!

Thanks. Yes, I do belong to a gym. Getting myself there is an entirely different story. I wonder if there are any LIW Brides that go to the Gold's Gym in East Northport??

Since I got engaged which was in June I have lost 12 pounds due to my trainer. I work at 3 times a week wiht him. I want to loose 15 more before the wedding. I know i can do it. Just have to watch what you eat and work work work work out...
