I am so happy to have found this site



Our wedding date is less than two months away so all of the big stuff is done. I've spent the past hour getting great advice on the little details. You girls have a great thing going here. Hope to be able to help someone in return soon

I second (or third?) that. LI Weddings has been a wonderful source of information, it's a great community and I too, have become addicted and very proud of it. LOL

I have based every appointement and idea for my wedding on the reccommendations of brides on this board. They are wonderful!

I agree too, 100%! I am the first one of my friends getting married and the oldest in the family so without LI Weddings I would be lost!!!

Does anyone think they are going to get fired from their job? As often as I have this site on my computer I thought I would have been given the boot! Can you tell I am addicted too...

LOL Wanda, I freak out over the same thing
Whenever my boss comes by, even if I'm in the middle of a post, I quickly exit out of Int. Explorer, so afraid I will get caught !!!!
Now, I've learned a snazzy new trick.

For those of you afraid of bosses catching you, if your job using Microsoft Outlook, just save the page on your Favorites Tab, and in Outlook, get to the boards by going through the favorites menu, when your boss comes by your desk, just Minimize OUtlook, and noone will think you're actually chatting, you just have it minimized for email purposes. hee hee, works every time.

I love this board because it help me find some of my vendors and made me know the choices i made were good choices.

Lizlen - I do the EXACT same thing at work - shhhhh! I can see when people are walking towards me, so I just minimize this and my email is up!

I have been coming to the boards for a while now, and think so many of the woman are thoughtful and creative and just really great people. I enjoy coming here and always have. I have based many if not most of my decisions based upon what other brides have told me/recommended. I look forward
to crossing over to the newlyboard soon!
