I am so incredibly unmotivated lately

I think I hate my job. I am so over worked, and under-appreciated (not to mention underpaid), and they have been promising me a raise/promotion for the last 7 months, but still no raise & no promotion. Plus my immediate supervisor is an idiot, and is always screwing stuff up & then dumping it in my lap to fix.

We just bought a house, so I am totally torn - should I stick it out & suffer a little longer, or should I bail & try to find something else.

It just makes it soooo hard to do my work efficiently (which I usually am soooo far ahead of schedule) when I am so *blah*

I'm sorry to hear this!!! Why not go 'fishing'... send out your resume, see what bites you get, you don't have to quit, but you can see what is out there! maybe something great is waiting for you!

If not, you know you should stick it out for a while till something better does come along... 'Your odds go up if you file an application' (from some movie, i can't remember what).
