she called me laughing saying you think your funny dont you.
definatly call this person and ask who does he think he is bringing and that the invitation clearly states this person and guest, not this person and guest and guest and guest

Some people are so nervy. I can't believe the other couple would want to come anyway - especially if they weren't invited by you in the first place. People are so weird. I'm glad you got it straightened out tho.
