I am so not making my minimum

As of now I have about 180 people on our list. There are a few more I am sure will need to be added before I give the final info to my invitation person but my minimum is 190

There is noooooooo way I am making that. Is it really bad to be paying for quite a few people that will not be there? At least I will know the exact amount that I owe my rh.

Anyone want to go to a wedding on 7-11 at Floral Terrace? And I am really not kidding.

i started my guestlist for the first time on sunday...our minimum is 275 and so far i have 240 ppl on the list and i freaked out BUT i still don't have my dads list, and when i was doing it fh was watching football so he wasnt that into it lol, and after i remembered his own friends that he forgot...i also did it quick so i am hoping i am forgetting a decent amount of ppl lol

but yeah sometimes even obvious ppl you'll forget about, go over the list again and show both your parents and make sure you have everybody...what about ppl from work?

That s*cks. Talk to your hall though -- sometimes they will let you apply the money towards add ons -- then it won't be money wasted.

since that is so close...did you send out std's? maybe if you did, and i think i remember you sharing yours...maybe you can count on more people rsvping yes b/c they knew in advance??? do you think that is a possibility? also, remember to include vendors to make up for some people not showing...our rh said we could if we wanted to...did yours mention that?

Well I already have like 25 people from work coming, they are all like my closest friends. Our problem is that fh has like no family lol.

We will definetly sit down and go over it again. I hope a lot of people do not reply no

You can take some of my guests! My minimum is 175, maximum is 200 and I have 230 on my A list, 60 on my B list.

Yes, I did do std's and I am assuming most people will be coming. I did forget about vendors, that will help get the #'s up

I know its prob written in your contract that you were going to guarentee them that many people, but when I went to look at Floral Terrace I told them I was only going to have 130 max and they were ok with it..however I wasn't looking for a Sat nite wedding. Maybe they'll work with you?? Theres no harm in calling and trying..to this day they were the NICEST people I have met with at a RH. If anything, maybe you can see if they will add in some extras?

I'm sure they will work with you for a few people. do you mean that you have 180 definites or just 180 on your list to invite?

Thank god we created our list before we went RH shopping....we limited our list to 300 and only guaranteed 200 b/c of the summer factor

everyone over 18 is having a guest and we are not doing B list. I guess I will just pay for 190 people and hope they throw some extras in

okay, so that is good...figure your dj(if you are having a band, even more), 1-2 photographers, videographer,...who else? I feel like there are more vendors that i am forgetting

The problem is that the hall is soooo big and holds up to 500 people so they have a higher minimum number.

I didn't realize that fh literally had like 25 people on his side and I was dead set on FT so I didn't really care. Maybe I will call them tomorrow
