I am SO upset...

FH and I have been on this freakin computer since we got home from work and every resort we like have no rooms available for the week of our wedding, it's just not meant for us to have a honeymoon


I've been crying because I don't know what else to do at this point...I guess it's because it's short notice and Thanksgiving weekend...there is NOTHING

have you tried checking into other islands like Jamaica or St. Lucia?

I have 4 weeks until my wedding, FH's ring finger may be broken and now no honeymoon...I can't even begin to tell you girls how terrible this has been for us...it's just not fair

No, not yet...we looked at some resorts in Cabo San Lucas and now were looking at some resorts in Anguilla but the one resort we love is not available for the days we need

We loved our honeymoon- totally off the track from what you are doing but...

www.sanssoucijamaica.com- Couples resorts just bought it but it hasn't changed much yet. We just loved it and it was affordable too.

I can't tell you how sorry I am about your FH finger- I hope he is feeling better soon. Hang in there and maybe this is the only wedding drama you will have

I feel like everything is going wrong with the wedding also - I broke my NOSE 3 weeks ago! Thank GOD my Mom is a nurse and had an 'in' with a plastic surgeon who could see me and re-set it right away!

Like you, I was supposed to go to Mexico (Playa del Carmen) for my honeymoon! I have NO IDEA where we will end up now. We hadn't really budgeted any extra money for our honeymoon because we were using my aunt and uncle's timeshare (part of their wedding gift to us), which is now too late to trade in for something else.

The only thing that is keeping me going is that someone once told me that a disastrous wedding makes for a really happy marriage!!!

Where were you going? apparently some of the further resorts in mexico will be ok soon...

Have you tried just putting in your dates on expedia or something, just to see what comes up, and then talking to your TA about that?

aww jax im so sorry!!!! where have you looked? what dates do you want to go and for how long? ill do an internet searach for you

there are so many places to go in this world - we can mke it happen! im good at this stuff

how about a cruise? they have some great cruises out of New York or Jersey. They also have cruises out of the Carolinas...it is only an hour flight.
