A little stone fell out of my ring and I have FH's sisters wedding this weekend and its the first time his family is going to see my ring and its going to be messed up i dont have time to get it fixed before then

that's terrible! i had a stone fall out of my earring not too long ago and the jeweler was able to replace it within 1 day. try to see if you can visit your jeweler before the end of the week (possibly a long lunch break) and they can usually just replace the stone free of charge.

Ugh that happened to me twice with the small stones!! It sux..the jewler said bc its so small n hard for the clamp to grasp it!

ugh i'm sorry to hear that. I'm always afraid of that happening. you should def go to your jeweler and get it fixed. I dont think it should take that long

do you have insurance on your ring? if you do, try to get it fixed, if you can before the weekdn and then get re-imbursed for it from your insurance

I do have insurace on it , but it is FH's family jeweler so he isnt going to charge for it even though i dont have the stone. But what i am really upset about is i wanted Pave and the Jewler talked him out of it because he said Pave will fall out in 20 years so all my small diamonds are individually set ..... but its only been 3 months and 1 fell out what is going to happen to this one in 20 years !!!

One of my little stones fell out a week after I got the ring. I brought it to the store and she replaced it immediately and then put it through the 'tumbler'. She said that none of the stones should ever fall out again! Maybe ask if your jeweler can do that?

lol my wedding band is pave! I can so imagine that happening to me!
