I am so upset with my photographer!! UPDATED

They just told me that I havn't been assigned a photographer!!! I was told back in April who the photographer was and today they tell me I have noone assigned to me?? I am so upset. And nothing can be done for a week b/c the owner is on vacation

OHH boy..Id be upset too!! I know its hard..but wait that week until the owner gets back...Im sur they'll fix everything for you!! What about in your contract..does it have a photographers name?

Well try not to get to excited...maybe there was just a mix up and the owner can fix the mix up.

Did you have it written in your contract?? I made my DJ write the MC's name in the contract.

I was told that I would be assigned a photographer once I did my E-pics. I went to do them about 2 weeks after finalizing the contract. My contract wasn't even loaded into their computer yet, which I found a little weird. I was told that day it would take a week to be assigned and to call back. I had and was told the persons name over the phone. I had asked to be sent a contract w/ the name on it but I never got it.

Well I would bring that up with the owner.

That is NOT right and if they give you any lip...tell them your gonna post what they did on one of the most powerfull sites in the women world..L.I.W!!!

Oh boy>>I just checked your profile..I am almost sure onc the owner gets back to you he will FIX everything. He seems to be very nice and very professional!!!

I know, but it's hard not to worry when you are spending so much money and you feel like you've slipped thru the cracks.

I wanted to give an update on my issue earlier today. I'm happy to say that it has been all straightened out. I came home to a message on my machine from the owner w/ his cell # to call him while he's away! I calle dhim back and we talked for about 15 minutes, and he explained the entire situation to me and now I feel 100% better!!!

Oh Im so glad that got straightened out!! And Im glad you didnt have to wait until he got back...he is so nice..I knew theyd come through!! YEA!!!!!! So tell us..who is yoru photographer???

You never chose your photographer? They just give you whomever they want?

Could someone please explain this to me too?? Do you not pick someone you want depending on the work you like or on the pix you have seen here? They assign you someone or you get to choose someone, what is the deal??
