They just told me that I havn't been assigned a photographer!!! I was told back in April who the photographer was and today they tell me I have noone assigned to me?? I am so upset. And nothing can be done for a week b/c the owner is on vacation

When i went in, I looked at albums & said, who did these? i want this photographer--it was Steve and wella

When I met with Patken, I was told that they assign you photographer UNLESS you request a specific photographer. I wouldn't worry - they are all great! :)

i wasn't given the option the day i deposited to pick one. I was told after my e-pics they assign who they feel fits best with the couple.

I was told the same thing as itsabouttime - when we left the deposit we asked for two specific photographers, neither was available and I was told they'd assign one after the e-pics.
(ended up getting one of the original ones we wanted anyway, but we were originally 'assigned' someone else)
unless you ask for someone specific, they'll just assign you.

Itsabouttime the same thing happened to me as well. I was a bit taken aback by that. However hearing such great things about them I put my trust in them. As luck would have it- Steve became available and I have him- yay!!!!!
