I am soo upset with FH

I had my makeup trial today and was in a real rush at the end. I left without taking pics in the salon. When I got home I asked him to take some. He put the camera like a inch from my face. I kept saying 'back up' but he was being a real ***. He said that they were fine and was being a real jerk. He was using some stupid close up function. My mom and aunt kept saying back up. He didn't listen. We were in a big rush to go somewhere and so I just trusted him, since he was viewing the pics on the lcd screen. Since then I have been painting and the makeup is all screwed up.

Well when i put the pics on the computer to look at them and evaluate my makeup they are soo fuzzy all you can see is the outlines of my face. So I show fh and tell him that I am really really upset.. He goes.. 'okay' and walks away!!! I AM SOOO MAD!! Especially since there were some things I was not really certain about little aspects of it. I wanted to look at the pics and see what I want to change when i see her again in 2 weeks.

I really wanna cry!!!

OH MY GOD!!!! I am so with you right now. I won't hijack your vent by complaining myself but basically I feel like everything is about him lately and I feel like a slave. He goes away on business this week and I am actually glad to see him go. At least I can do what I want.


I would be so pissed you have no idea.

Oh I am so sorry---I knew you had your trial today and was looking forward to seeing pics...if you want something done you either have to do it yourself or find someone that can do it just as good as you or better....MEN

im not choosing sides or anything but fh and i had a big talk today about how stressed i am aboutthe wedding and i finally got it----- the men do not care! They arent being jerks or anything but they seriously just dont get why we get upset over picking the perfect favor/invite/ hair etc.....

Maybe when you calm down, you can try to see from his pov

ill refrain from hijacking also, but just wanted ot say that my DH (and i use the 'D' lightly!!!) has been pi$sing me off for the last week too... maybe theyre all on the rag?!!

What perfect timing. The other day FH and I went to lunch tasting at our reception hall. We had a great lunch and on the way home I started discussing the music and what I think we should have the DJ play. He says I control everything and he has no say. So I said okay that I would get him more involved. Then today I asked him what he wants to get the groomsen and he says a handshake and laughed. He couldn't give me any ideas this is why I don't always ask him. He drives me crazy and then has the nerve to say I make all the decisions.

This must have been the week for our FH to be impossible. I gave my FI two jobs to do...(1) finish our save the date letter to our guests telling them about the hotel we booked and our new address and (2) to bring the proof back to teh invitation woman w/ our oks and changes. Today I asked him he would do the letters so that they can be mailed out this century and he was like I am so stressed out you make me do all this stuff...I know you are doing a lot more but it is too overwhelming...too overwhelming I wanted to strangle him. I go to law school (I am in my final year), work 3 different jobs, planning a wedding, doing ten things at a time & he has the nerve to say he is overwhelmed...he must be crazy. He wants to be so involved in the wedding & that is great it is nice to have input on all the decision but asking him to do 2 minor things is like pulling teeth. MEN--how can we mold them?

withme, he was very helpful with the make up artist i chose. he said 2 of the artist didn't do a good job. but once i saw it on the computer, i was able to see. with the invites, it was a joint decision. thank god there hasn't been any fights during the planning.

My FH is finally getting the picture. We have been discussing the invites, and now he is getting just as crazy as me. He also said, 'Honey, you were right, we should have eloped!'
Hopefully the next 4 mos. will go by quickly.

Couldn't agree more....i had that 'talk' also, and realized, wow, he really doesn't care about the minor details. and then he said, 'let's be honest, even if i gave an opinion, if it wasn't what you had envisioned , or wanted, you would be upset'. I was like...hmmm that's true. We are just different creatures....sometimes we want more than they are able to give! Sorry about your makeup. can you go for another trial?

That really stinks.

there is definitely something in the air. My FH was in a mood most of the weekend. He even said: 'I'm very cranky & I don't know why.'
Ugh!

i would be so PISSED at him if that was me!! Some of the guys just don't understand how important somethings are to us
