Fh and I were in GNC and I saw this 48 hour Acai Cleanse........
im nervous!! It smells like crap but the guy said I could add water or my 'favorite drink' to it....
have any of you girls tried this before???
we shall see how it goes!!

i would suggest starting it on a weekend. im too scared to do one myself. maybe if i ever have a free weekend..

i tried one of GNC body cleanse but i already have a good diet so i didnt have any issues with the bathroom!! but some ppl i have heard did have an issue

if you never done a cleanse before I would definitely not start on a day when you need to be around people. Start on a weekend and see how it goes in the comfort of your own home.
I have never tried that cleanse but I do a cleanse 4 times a year that I buy at Whole Foods and it works great (it's a two week program though)

I took it at 7am and no problems so far!!!!!!! I ate a banana and nutra grain bar from breakfast......defeats the purpose if you eat like crap while drinking this!
