I am stupid, need some help on this one(long)

OK I just got an email from FMIL. Check it out:
Hi Kelly
Mary (Grandads wife) has prepared a family tree for the Spratt family.
She
will be giving you and Michael a copy of it when you get married as she
did
for Maries recent wedding in Ireland (the one we just came back from)
along
with photos and all. I emailed her the photo of you and Michael that I
have
on the fridge.
Anyway, try and fill out as much info as you can with the help of your
family. It would be a great keepsake for you guys and your children
and
your childrens children and on and on. I have to do it for Matthews
side
also.

Now my question is does she want me to fill this thing out now or later when I get it. Or does it need to be done before the wedding????
I can't figure out. I'm a little dense. HELP

i had to pull teeth in my family to find out names...
