I am SUCH a lurker

Am I bad? I'm probably not going to have children for 5 years (and AT LEAST 2 years until afte r the wedding please!) but I love coming on to this board. I'm so curious, and I can't wait until I'm TTC, even if it won't be for awhile.

I was the same way, I lurked on this board and the parenting board before we were married and I learned a lot. So lurk away!!

I'm glad I'm not alone! The wedding fascination has worn off, and now I'm just so fascinated by the idea of having a baby.

BTW: My fSIL just had a little girl!

I lurk too. Better to know info before we are ttc. I feel better reading this because I don't have any living female relatives and only know my mom took a while to conceive me but don't know why. It was a different generation and my mom didn't tell my dad the details.

Same story here! You're not alone!
In the last 4 years, I've been in 6 weddings (one was mine!), and two of my friends have had babies.... Now that all the wedding/baby hullabaloo is over with everyone else, I'm really curious about that next big step - even though I know we're waiting at least another year before it's TTC-time

I have to say though, I'm a lurker not only here, but on the Parenting board as well - and for someone who's just starting to think about the idea of

- these two boards are really helpful and comforting to me at times :) So thanks everyone!
