My family is used to me blonde and doesn't like me with brown.Its been so long since I had my natural color, I am scared I will look really bad.
But my hair could use a break.

I did it,, i had blonde hair like you, dyed it brown, am regretting it ever since!

I want to go back to blonde REALLY badly, i am waiting for the summer though,

I don't know how you are with your hair, but one of my friends has always been blond, and she got this crazy idea in her head that she wanted a change...it looked more red than brown and she hated it...and I couldn't recognize her anymore!

I didn't think it looked bad, it just wasn't her...

I sympathize with you. My natural hair color is 'mousy brown' (as I was told by a hairdresser once several years ago; needless to say, I never returned to that shop!!!) I have been highlighting for years. Recently, it was getting really fried looking. My hairdresser suggested that once a week, leave a deep conditioner (like Biolage Conditioning Balm) in your hair overnight. That's what I've been doing and I really see a difference in my hair texture.

Blond looks very pretty in pictures - blond hair reflects light and brown hair absorbs it.

Another suggestion is to ask your hairdresser to add some low-lights of brown into your hair to darken it without going completely brunette. It's an easier transition if you do finally choose to go dark.

I love it !! Like Mary said, do some low lights!! IMO, either way, you're still a knock-out!!

I'mthe opposite.. I'm a natural blonde (dark blonde) and I darken my hair brown lol
