I have the Pro Form 765i Interactive treadmill, I absolutely love it - it has a built in CD player and it also has a fan built in. I got it at Sports Authority.

Re: I am thinking about getting a treadmill. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I have the Nordic Trak and purchased it from Sears 3 years ago. It is great....I use it religiously and it has held up great. I love that the platform is wide enough to run on comfortably...I would watch for this if you plan to run at all...some of the cheaper ones are really narrow or the motors are weak.

I am actually selling mine since we are moving and will be 1 block for a NYsports club.

Re: I am thinking about getting a treadmill. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I also have a Nordic Trak that I have had for about 5 years now - I second about the motor - also check and see if how sturdy they are DH loves mine because it is very sturdy but some of my friends have less expensive ones that wobble when they run (one girl only weighs 112 lbs).

I got mine on an amazing sale at the Nordic trak store in Roosevelt field - shop around we found that the price varied considerable from store to store. I did have 1 issue with mine when it first came but they gave me a brand new one and I have had no problems since. Oh mine is rather heavy and although on wheels DH and I have found it is not practical to move it around so you might want to make sure you know where you want to put it before you get it set up.

I have a NordiTrak Elliptical. I actually found one on ebay from a local seller. Got it for almost half off... and it runs like new.

Look around for a used one if you are concerned about price. Used gym equipment usually sells for very good prices.
