I am tring to get things done but...(Long)

Everyone I call is telling me to get back in touch with the 2 months b4 the wedding.

I called Lestans about my BM dresses and they are not in yet...she asked me why I wnt then in so early? I want to see them to make sure they are right .

I called my band, he told me to call them back in April.

I Called Royalty about confirming the pickups and times...they told me to call 1 week before

I called my chruch and I have to call back next week to meet with the preist.

Doesn't everyone realize I want to get things done...its so fustrating.

And 2 months b4 the wedding we will be fixing our house...I won't have time to do all this

I went through the same EXACT thing!! I wanted to confirm stuff with different vendors and they kept telling me, later, next week, 2 months before!! Its VERY frustrating but they know what they are doing and it all works. Some of the vendors like to work on the weddings that are coming up in the next couple of weeks/months rather than the ones that have 6+ months to go!!

Relax, and enjoy this time!!

I got my dress at Lestan's also and they said that my dress will be in 2 months b4 the wedding. i wouldn't worry too much about the vendors that you have already booked. Relax and enjoy

Instead of 'confirming' try the 'just checking in' approach. This is what I plan to do. Every few months I provide an update here and there just to touch base and make sure they don't forget about me. It's tough to balance being thorough and on top of things vs. being a pesky client.

See the thing is I booked everyone in the beginning of last year...I haven't called them since...Now that I am tring to 'confirm' things they are telling me I'm too early...
I guess I'll have to wait.
