My wedding is March, shower is in November (I wanted to avoid doing it in December bc of holidays)

usually 2-3 months before. my wedding is in aug and my mom is planning my shower for june. i think that's standard.

We had my sister's a month beforehand. I don't know when mine will be since it's a surprise.

theyre usually up to 3 months before, you could do more if you really want its up to you but i really wouldnt go more than 6

everyone i know has had them within 8 weeks before the wedding.
however if you have other things going on its perfectly fine to have it when its more convenient for those planning it.

Usually around 2 months before the wedding.
Personally, I have asked my sister and mother to have it earlier than 2 months, maybe 3-5 months before. There will be so much excitement in those last two months and so much to do, so I would rather have it earlier on.
