i booked the sands in atlantic beach...need reviews...food?

so i may have jumped the gun and booked my venue to soon without researching other places...i want beachfront wedding so i went with the sands because it was close to my house and on water....however everyone is telling me its a jewish catering hall with a kosher kitchen...im 100% Italian and am having a panic attack...please help!!!

I know it definitely does Kosher catering but I don't know if it's only Kosher...I would call them up right away and find out, cause that is something that they should have told you before you booked with them!

My friend just went to a wedding there this past July. The food comes from a Kosher kitchen which I am sure makes the food prepared differently. I think if the food is Kosher they should have told you this. Contact them ASAP because you may be able to get out of that.

My friend's review of the place was that the place itself was nice but she didnt think that they had a lot to offer for food. But this could have been from the bride and groom.

this menu on their website doesnt look kosher to me

they have veal and beef listed.

The menu has Oysters and Lobster on it... coming from a Jewish girl... that's not a kosher menu.



Edit: Nor if they are serving that food, can it be a kosher kitchen.

Shellfish of any kind is not kosher.

Its not only Kosher... i was very close to picking them too for the same reasons as you... but the Coral House beat their price and add ons by A LOT...

I went to a wedding there in May, and it was great... food was good service was good... etc...
