Ok i went to kleinfelds today, and here is a review on kleinfelds since i know a couple want to hear about kleinfelds.
OMG the people were beyond nice seriously...The lady that helped me was Judith and the nicest lady seriously...Appointments are 1.5 hours i was there for 2.5 hours, and when i said oh we have to hurry its almost over she was like no take your time dont worry about that. Never asked me how much i was looking to spend...She wanted me to have the whole effect of being a bride and she went crazy looking around the store for a cala lilly bouquet, there were a bunch right in front of us but she said no i will find that one for you.
I tried on 3 dresses(yeah and i was there for 2.5 hours, how?) the first was a reem acra dress, it was beautiful and loved how it looked, but then i asked for the Kenneth pool dress that i had posted before, some of you girls might remember, the lilac one(i wouldve gotten it in white) and once i put that on, she even said it didnt even compare...I was so happy to have that dress on after having the pic of it for so long and it was the only dress i have liked until now lol...Everybody loved it, then the manager came over and said she has another kenneth pool dress that she will go in the back and get for me, and she said to me i think it would look better on you for your body and its a couple thousand dollars cheaper so even better, which shocked me bc usually they push you to spend more money...I put on the dress and loved it, and everyone liked this dress on me even better than the lilac one, before they knew it was cheaper...But i was still torn so i went back and forth and tried both dresses on 3x each lol...Everyone at the store kept telling me they liked the 3rd dress better on me, they thought the lilac one(which actually they only had it in light pink at the store) was a bit too much as far as beading and too big for me, i am 5'2 and its a HUGE dress, you cant tell in the pics but its big and it was hard to move in and very heavy but i still loved it...the lady judity was such a doll, she was like listen i can see it in your dads face, if you like the other kenneth pool which is a couple thousand dollars more he will buy it for you and you know it but honestly i love this dress on you so much better...she realized there was something that i felt was missing, so she brought over crystals and appliques and says they can add that on, and i loved it then and went with the 3rd one...It was hard bc the 2nd lilac one ive posted in here ive liked for a while but what really made me not get that one is the manager brought me into the dressing room and showed me how it would look bustled and how i am a bit too short for that dress and in the front it changes the look, i hated the way it looked on me after. But i knew i was gonna get a kenneth pool lol
Ok here are the pics, my MOH has better pics, we were the last ones in there, and infact they stayed open later so i can buy my dress, i felt horrible i didnt know they were closing. So these are pics of me running back into the dressing room quickly to change and so i can pay...I am getting it in a different color though and there will be more beads in the middle on the top part of the dress

your dress is amazing. You look fabulous. Congrats. Buying a dress is stressful. When you get that dress in and its your color and size you will be the happiest and know that you made the right decision, don't worry too much

Thank you so much ... ahhh i keep driving myself crazy thinking about both of them lol...last night i was thinking if i should call today and change it to the lilac one, then i decided not to and loved my dress, now im thinking about it again its really driving me insane...Everyone I ask says this looks so much better on you, ok but which is better in general? If i do this i would have to do it right away before it goes into production since it is all handmade and once it starts forget it lol...ok sorry i am going off, but this is all thats on my mind right now.
I told them ok i am getting the lilac one, went in the dressing room for them to measure me, once that happened everyone came in to tell me to get the other one, they were closing and i feel like everyone pressured me to get this one...i love it but i keep second guessing myself lol

Im doing the same thing. But i know if i switch it I will keep thinking of the first one. Usuually the first decision is the best!

mizzdimple-yeah its frustrating, but its weird bc now when i look at my dress I LOVE it, i always have you know, but it was hard bc i thought both dresses were gorgeous...ive been like this with everything whatever i pick i have to say to myself ok go over it make sure its what you want you dont want to change your mind later. For me the problem was i tried it on in a green color but seeing it in the pics where it looks sorta white i love it...and in ivory the color i ordered it she showed me how different the stones will look with the dress.
but go with your gut, i think we think were supposed to over-analyze everything and i think were listening to the voice in our head instead of going with what we feel

seriously you have no idea how great they were...They went above and beyond...and like i said not pushy at all, never asked my price range and then the funniest part is they were convincing me to buy a dress for less money...they were like listen it would be easy for us to tell you to get the other one, its more expensive so works out for us best but this dress is the one that looks amazing on you and the one you should get. I really appreciated that, bc others think about making the most money.

IM Trying not to look at the other dresses I was looking at. It will only change your mind. Right now I know I can call and cancel the dress but I know that I may regret it.

omg i just called up my bridal store and there is no way of cancelling. So I guess that I made up my mind. NO WAY OUT

no i dont wanna look at other dresses, these two were just amazing...I absolutely love my dress, but i felt a little something was missing and i realized what, i want a little bit on the bottom front of the dress thats it, but i do absolutely love it and feel amazing in it. The other is bigger, alot more beading, the top has alot of lace, beads and everything, the train again has so much, i do see how people say on me it becomes too overwhelming since i am a small girl, i get lost in the dress...but anyways lol you'll know if its the one, if not then its ok to look

For me they hadnt sent it out when i called the next morning, well since i was there until they closed and paid when they were closing...so if i want i just could transfer my deposit from one dress to another.
BUT ask if you can do that
